Investor Solutions was founded in Kuwait in 2013 with a clear purpose: to build and operate businesses with discipline, accountability, and a long-term perspective. From the outset, the company focused on direct ownership and active involvement, prioritising practical execution, sound governance, and financial responsibility over short-term outcomes. This approach was shaped by Kuwait’s long-standing culture of trade and partnership, where trust and continuity matter as much as performance.
Over time, Investor Solutions expanded steadily across key sectors, developing a diversified portfolio that reflects both operational depth and investment strength. By 2025, the company had evolved into a multi-sector operating investment group, with activities spanning mobility and transportation, food and hospitality, consumer and lifestyle brands, construction, and strategic equity investments.
