Mr. Saad Abdullah Al-Huniyyan is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Investor Solutions Company, bringing over 30 years of distinguished experience in investment management, financial analysis, portfolio management, and corporate leadership across Kuwait and the GCC region.

He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Kuwait University (College of Commerce, Economics and Political Science, 1993) and is a licensed professional auditor registered with the Kuwait Auditors Registry. Throughout his career, he has held senior executive and leadership positions at premier investment institutions in Kuwait, including National Investments Company, where he served as Assistant General Manager for Local and Regional Investments (2007-2014), and Al Safat Investment Company, where he served as Chief Executive Officer (2012-2014). His earlier career included roles at Wafra International Investment Company as Senior Investment Analyst and Portfolio Manager, and at the Ministry of Finance as Budget Specialist.
 

His expertise spans strategic equity investments, fund management, corporate restructuring, feasibility studies, and the establishment and management of investment vehicles across Kuwait and the GCC. He has successfully led and managed multiple local and regional investment funds with combined assets exceeding $500 million, including both conventional and Sharia-compliant portfolios such as Al Wataniya Investment Fund, Al Mada Investment Fund (Bahrain), and sector-focused funds in oil, industrial, services, and telecommunications.
 

In addition to his executive responsibilities, Mr. Al-Huniyyan has served on the boards of numerous listed and private companies in Kuwait and internationally, contributing to governance, audit oversight, and long-term strategic direction. His board leadership roles have included Chairman of Ijarah Capital (UAE), Chairman of Bait Al-Tijara Holding Company (Kuwait), Chairman of Fleet Auction Group (UK), and board memberships at Boubyan Petrochemicals Company and several other regional corporations. He currently serves as Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Fujairah Cement Industries (UAE).
